Molybdenum Lanthanum Alloy(Mo-La)

Molybdenum lanthanum alloy, also known as high temperature molybdenum, grade MoLa, is composed of molybdenum doped with a small amount of lanthanum trioxide (La2O3) particles can form the so-called superposition fiber structure. This special microstructure remains stable even at temperatures up to 2000 ° C. Therefore, even under the conditions of use, molybdenum-lanthanum oxide has creep resistance. We mainly process these molybdenum alloys into high temperature furnace components, such as vacuum furnace heat shields, sintering and annealing boats, twisted wire or evaporator coils.

Advantages of molybdenum lanthanum alloy:The recrystallization temperature is higher;Elongated particle structure to improve ductility;Stronger antioxidant;Higher creep resistance.

Recrystallization temperature: 1400℃~1500℃.

Resistivity of molybdenum lanthanum alloy (unit: Ω*mm2/m)

Mo-La alloy is an alloy composed of the base metal molybdenum and lanthanum trioxide present as dispersed particles in the matrix. The content of La2O3 in the alloy is generally 0.5% to 5.0%(mass fraction).
